Petizen is short for pet citizen — our belief that pets aren’t accessories to city life, they’re citizens of it. It’s why our shelves are curated rather than crowded, why there’s a grooming studio and a coffee machine under one roof, and why the door is always open to whoever’s on the other end of the leash.
