Which size should I get for my cat?
The M: Moon (5cm) suits most cats and is ideal for everyday play — light enough to bat around easily. The L: Cosmo (10cm) is better for larger cats or cats that like to hug, wrestle, and grip their toys. If your cat is particularly enthusiastic or larger in build, the Cosmo will give them more to work with.

What is the difference between Classic and Woody flavour?
Classic contains silvervine, catnip, and premium selected catnip — a clean, herbal scent profile. Woody adds jujube fruit to the blend, giving it a slightly deeper and earthier scent. Both use the same PAWFY tea-stir craftsmanship. If your cat has never tried either, Classic is a reliable starting point.

My cat has lost interest — can the scent be refreshed?
Yes. Gently warm the ball using an oven, hairdryer, or brief sunlight exposure, then let it cool completely before giving it back. The heat reactivates the natural herbal compounds — similar to re-steeping a tea bag for a second brew.

Why isn't my cat reacting to it?
Sensitivity to catnip and silvervine is partly genetic and partly age-related. Kittens and senior cats often show little response due to underdeveloped or degraded olfactory systems. Adult cats also vary in how strongly they respond — this is normal and not a product defect.
